Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk : meneliti, menguji dan mengkaji Analisis Pengaruh Stres Kerja terhadap Turnover Intention melalui Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan Back office pada Perusahaan Manufaktur. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada karyawan back office PT Pegasus Keramik Terbaik. Sampel penelitian ini sebesar 125 orang karyawan. Penelitian dilakukan kepada karyawan PT Pegasus Keramik Terbaik. Data dikumpulkan langsung dari responden dengan menggunakan instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner dan teknik analisis data menggunakan analysis path. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan Stres Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja , kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap turnover intention dan stres kerja berpengaruh terhadap turnover intention.
